It's a Moment You Can Almost Feel
Fabric, light, and air come together in a quiet dance
Textiles Shaped by Flame
Scorched fabric becomes art in my hands: each piece is shaped by fire and emotion, creating bold works that stir the senses. They invite viewers to pause, reflect, and discover their meaning, or to wonder and enjoy.
I grew up immersed in fabric. My mother sewed and wove. The world of threads, textures, and patterns became my childhood artistic language. This early exposure guided my path: I pursued a bachelor’s degree in Textile Arts, where I explored weaving, batik, and other traditional textile practices. Over time, during my master’s program, my work evolved toward experimentation, seeking new ways to push the boundaries of the textile material and its meaning.
Today, I work with fabrics and flame, exploring how simple materials like synthetic fabric can be transformed through both chance and intention. I am inspired by artists such as Lucio Fontana, whose cuts and punctures in canvas opened new dimensions of space. Like Fontana, I am drawn to direct interventions, whether slicing, burning, or reshaping, to reveal what lies ‘beneath the surface’, to make visible the invisible tensions and energies embedded in material.
Through scorching with flame, I explore the delicate balance between fragility and strength, destruction and creation, vulnerability and resilience, honoring the unexpected beauty that unfolds when we embrace transformation instead of fearing it.

Signature Installations
I would enjoy designing immersive, art-driven experiences for brand activations, performances, or cultural events. My goal is to captivate audiences and create moments that are remembered long after the event.
Visions, an Installation that Moves
Visions is an elegant, interactive installation of 20 hand-crafted sculptures made from scorched synthetic fabric, treated with fire retardant for safety. Its delicate forms move gently with the air, creating a dynamic, ever-changing experience that invites contemplation and calm.
This site-specific work has been displayed in six venues, each time uniquely adapted to the space. It can be recreated in various forms and colors to perfectly complement any modern interior.
Visions adds a serene, sculptural focal point that enhances environments with subtle movement and peaceful presence, encouraging reflection and wonder.
Selected Collections
"Hey You" is a textile installation originally donated to a fundraiser as part of the Abracadabra Art Show, curated by Jane Hart, Curator of Exhibitions at the Art and Culture Center/Hollywood. The piece is now proudly held in the collection of the Girls’ Club in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
