Interactive Art Installations for Florida Interiors

When we think of luxury interiors in Florida, we often picture light-filled spaces, natural textures, and a seamless blend between indoor comfort and the beauty of the outdoors. But what truly elevates a space from beautiful to unforgettable is the presence of interactive, one-of-a-kind, immersive art - bold, wild, and alive. That is where my large-scale textile installation Visions comes in. The artwork is designed to infuse interiors with movement, texture, and an organic rhythm. It brings a tactile, emotional dimension to any environment. Its beauty lies in its flexibility: it can be adapted to fit a wide range of spaces, displayed in multiple configurations, and scaled to various sizes. I am always excited to expand it, adding new pieces to transform it into a monumental experience. My dream is to share it with the world.

What is Visions?

Visions is a large-scale, interactive textile art installation that lives at the intersection of fine art and interior design. It is entirely handmade. Each piece of fabric is carefully scorched to create organic forms that evoke dreamlike, elongated flower petals. To some, the shapes feel almost ‘surreal’, like visual echoes of thought formations, emerging and dissolving. Originally exhibited at FATVillage in 2015, the installation took me by surprise when it began moving wildly with the airflow, adding an unexpected, living quality to the piece. That sense of motion is one of its most captivating and magical qualities, drawing visitors in, prompting them to pause, take photos, and engage with the work on a deeper level. This evolving interactive textile piece is now reimagined as a high-end art feature for luxury interiors.

I would be excited to reinterpret it in all-white, bold red, or striking black color spaces, designed to complement sophisticated spaces like Caroline Andreoni’s Haussmann-style, bright black Classical French living room. What I love about this body of work is that it is an ongoing journey, a work in progress that allows me to revisit and evolve it every day. With every addition, it grows in scale, shape, and elegance. I welcome commissions for interior and exterior spaces, offering art that makes a bold statement, rooted in harmony, presence, and refined beauty.

This work is not just about visual impact — it is about creating an atmosphere. With its deep textures and abstract, flowing patterns, Visions evokes a sense of calm and movement, echoing the rhythms of Florida’s natural beauty: ocean currents, palm fronds swaying in the breeze, and the quiet stillness of sunrise over the Everglades.

Why Visions Works in Florida Spaces

Florida’s architectural styles, whether Art Deco, Mediterranean Revival, mid-century modern, or contemporary coastal, are uniquely suited to large-scale art that moves, like this textile installation. Visions complements these aesthetics beautifully, adding a deeply personal and tactile layer to any interior, as reflected in the images throughout this blog.

This installation can be adapted for large wall surfaces in living rooms, entryways, staircases, or commercial spaces like boutique hotels and wellness centers. This suspended body of work is a perfect match for those who are looking to blend fine art with architectural storytelling and interior decorators aiming to infuse interiors with character and authenticity.

Customization and Integration

What makes Visions truly unique is its adaptability. Each piece can be scaled, color-adjusted, and installed in modular configurations to suit a specific interior. Whether displayed as a full-wall centerpiece or as a series of textured hanging pieces across a hallway, the work maintains its organic richness and immersive quality.

What I love about this body of work is that it remains a work in progress — open to daily transformation and expansion in scale, shape, and elegance. While Visions is inspired by textile traditions, it breaks away from the conventional. Its contemporary edge makes it ideal for both modern and eclectic spaces. Think: layered materials, custom lighting, and the interplay of light and shadow — elements that elevate a room and leave a lasting impression. I welcome commissions for interior and exterior spaces, offering art that makes a bold, graceful statement of harmony and presence.

Where vision meets atmosphere — art that energizes and elevates the everyday.

This hanging artwork is a perfect fit for an office space — it brings a sense of calm, inspiration, and creative energy. Its sculptural elegance and soft, flowing forms create visual interest without overwhelming the room, making it ideal for lobbies, meeting areas, or quiet corners where reflection and focus are valued. The lightness and translucency of the materials invite natural light to interact with the piece, subtly shifting throughout the day and adding a dynamic quality to the space.
